Blue Atlantic Fishing Charters
Managed by Captain Tim and his crew, these guys will do everything they can to get you on the fish and hooking your trophy catch.
On the offshore trip, it’s all about the Tuna! This includes species such as Yellowfin, Longfin, Bigeye, Southern Bluefin, and Skipjack Tuna. As the Tuna are migrational, different species can be caught at different points of the year. The Tuna fishing is great here, as the waters are high in nutrients where the Indian and Atlantic oceans meet, just off of Cape Point.
Inshore fishing runs year round. You’ll be catching the likes of Sea Bream, Shark, Cape Snoek, Kob, and Yellowtail Kingfish.
They offer trips for inshore fishing and offshore fishing. These offer very different fishing opportunities! The minimum age for children inshore fishing is 5, and for offshore fishing, kids must be over 11.
Food and drink will be provided on the trips. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol, just no glass bottles, please. All fishing gear and tackle are included. The captain may catch live bait before the offshore trip, but when the bait isn’t biting, artificial lures will work just as well.
Have your cameras ready – as well as beautiful scenery, you may also see jackass penguins, seals, humpback whales, orca whales, and dolphins.
