Ietsieplaas Caravan Park Glentana
“IETSIE PLAAS” campsite, is located on a farm about 20km outside George. It is located on the N2 and Glentana off-ramp [Exit 419, R102], ± 3km from the popular Glentana Beach Resort and 32km from Mossel Bay.
“IETSIE PLAAS” campsite has 12 pitches of 8 x 10 meters in size, of which only 8 caravans can accommodate and the rest are suitable for tents. The site is divided into four with 4 central power boxes, 16 points from which power can be drawn… (You must bring extension cords)
Some of the existing laundry facilities for the dairy have been converted into ablution facilities to keep it genuinely farm. Drinking water still needs to be fetched from the rainwater tanks.
The Farm Kitchen is equipped with tables, chairs, sink, microwave, electric kettle and a braai area.
The following children’s entertainment is also offered at specific times of the day, namely: Climbing frame, trampoline, cart, boat rowing and fishing.
Although the campsite is very close to the sea, it does not have a sea view, but the Outeniqua mountains lie out in front of you. From time to time the steam train comes steaming past the campsite. In the morning you wake up from all the farm noises.
