Imhoff Caravan Park Kommetjie
Imhoff Caravan Park is situated in the serene historic village of Kommetjie meaning “the little basin” on the Atlantic seaboard of the Cape Peninsula. Which is close to the City Centre of Cape Town (approx 34km), with Table Mountain around the corner. It is landscaped so as to harmonize with the natural environment.
The resort fronts on two of the finest unspoiled beaches in the Western Cape, South Africa – Long Beach, renowned for its surfing and the expansive Noordhoek Beach. With a lot of sunbathing and swimming on our caravan parks safe and protected beaches, we assure you of a relaxing and exhilarating break in an area renowned for its hospitality.
There are 75 level, grassed stands for caravans and tents, some more shady than others. All the stands have 15amp electricity and built-in braai facilities
(grids not supplied). Fifteen of the stands have cement slabs.
Stands are separated by strategically planted trees, shrubs and islands of fynbos.
The clean ablution blocks are semi disabled-friendly with assistance and have a total of 24 toilets, 34 baths/showers, and 8 ironing boards. All the roads are tarred and the area is well lit at night. There is a childrens playground, a games room consisting of a table-tennis table, a pool table and also a separate TV room (with M Net or a selected DSTV chanel).
